Summary: Hideous
Comment: White Zombie 'were' a very good band, particularly in the 1980's when they played raw, barely listenable avant-gaurd noise metal. You see photos of this band from '87 and they look like a bunch of insane heroine junkies. BUT THEY JUST GOT MORE LAME AS THE YEARS WENT ON. By '95, they look like a group of self-calculated business-people ready to swindle you on the street. Which is what this box set is, a swindle. First of all it is not a box set because it does not include everything the band ever recorded or even everything they ever released!(Both 'Black Friday' and 'Dead or Alive' were released on the cassette version of 'Gods on Voodoo Moon in the 80's) On the Song 'Demon Speed', the last guitar riff is actually cut out of the song on this box set! Completely shameless!!!!
I strongly urge anyone who would consider buying this to find original copies of the albums instead. This is contemptible commercialism. Not Hip in the slightest, very anti-Rock n Roll! But it happens to the best.

Summary: White Zombie > Awesome. Groove metal at its best
Comment: Let's be honest. Some of their early stuff is very... rough (read hard to listen to). As the songs go by, you can hear more and more of what made White Zombie great (sampled horror movie tracks, etc...).

If you love the sound of White Zombie and have never heard God of Thunder, Love Razor, or Disaster Blaster 2, etc... put this on your list.

Summary: release the dvd only
Comment: it would have been nice if they would release the dvd separately.
i would rather pay 15$ for the dvd and forget the rest of the box set. cause i have the 2 cd's that i want from whie zombie.
this is nice for someone who don't have any white zombie cd's
you can get it all at once.
or if your getting it as a gift than thats great

Summary: The only CD I bought this year.
Comment: I own all the White Zombie CDs individually, but had to buy this box set. The extra songs are great and Zombie's skill at piecing together a audible puzzle for each of his albums does not fail. From the early thrashing, basement rock from the Soul Crusher and Make Them Die Slowly era to the chest thumping bass and head banging rock of La Sexorcisto, the box set is put together well and flows nicely. The fifth disc is worth the entire price of the boxed set containing previously unreleased videos and concert footage. White Zombie fans know that is not an easy thing to come by. To top it off the artwork in the book is Rob Zombie's own comically ghoulish drawings. Must own box set for true rock fans.

Summary: Amazing!!!!
Comment: I have been a huge White Zombie fan since I was 12 years old (Currently 26), so my review may be a little one sided. It is brilliant, live footage, the old albums, and the greatly improved sound quality of all the tracks. The only complaint I have, there are unreleased tracks out there & R.Z. did not put them on this boxed set. What is he waiting for?
