Summary: A Great Watch
Comment: I own the MTG 920 DA model and use it for street and aviation police duty...In addition to my Casio G-shock I own (2) Swiss Army, (1) Luminox, (1) Tag, (1) Rolex...Casio makes the best watch for the money hands down. I also purchased one for my son who is on his way to combat in the Middle East with the Marine Corps. The atomic time-keeping is spot-on and the watch is very tough...it can take it! I suggest purchasing from Amazon...they stand behind their sales and you know your purchase and shipping will be handled properly. I simply don't know how Casio sells these G-shocks for so little money...try one, I think you will be most pleased.

Comment: This is a great watch! I have had mine for about 2.5 years now, and it has been to Africa, America, and Asia. Great for those who travel a lot, and it will take a beating. Like the other reviews said, "Discoloration of the plastic band that connects the watch to the metal". Other than that I will keep this one until it is destroyed and from the looks of it that will be a very long time!

Summary: Mystery Indicator?
Comment: There are three circular indicators on the face of this watch. I'm puzzled by the one on the left. It's not mentioned anywhere in the manual. Does anyone know what its function is?
Update: As suggested by another commenter, this mystery indicator *does* do something -- every 5 minutes it shows another bar. My follow-up question, then, has to be "WHY???" What use is this feature? The little bars inside the mystery circle are tiny and very difficult to see. So why take up space on the watch face for that? Seems like a poor use of space. I'd much rather have no third circle, in return for slightly larger time digits as are on some other G-Shock models.

Comment: this is a great watch and i recommened to whoever wants to buy a g shock it looks cool and has its style to it. i bought it because my stepdad showed me his and showed me how resistant it is by literally getting his and slamming it on the ground and it was perfectly fine so its a good watch.
