This adorable New With Tags dress is from Rare Editions. The pink bodice features adorable embroidered applique of ballet slippers accented with cute rhinestones. Sitting on top of the skirt are three light pink bows with ballet slippers in the center of each bow. The skirt is a blue polka dot with ribbon and raised roses. The skirt features tulle at the edge of the skirt, over the nylon lining, for a great flared look. This dress is absolutely adorable for the season. Don't miss this Dress!.
