Summary: Disappointing - Not complex, not authentic
Comment: I was really disappointed when I received my tin of raz el hanout from Blessac. I don't know what to make of the earlier 5 star reviews. Perhaps Blessac has changed its supplier or its recipe. There are only 7 ingredients in this mix - turmeric, cumin, ginger, cinnamon, pepper, clove and chili. It smells and tastes more like Indian curry powder than ras el hanout. For me, this purchase was a waste of money.
