Comment: well the 11 pound ham had to be modified to fit in the pan, the 6 pound duck fit nicely. Both turned out wonderful. ANd more importantly the pan cleaned up easily.

Comment: This roasting pan is a good deal. It fits our requirements for turkeys up to 18 lbs very nicely. It lacks a rack for which we are searching.
The rack suggested on Amazon while a good one, does not fit.

Comment: I was hoping to find a good roaster, and this is perfect for me. I have used it a couple of times now, and it has worked great. Easy clean up too.

Comment: Arrived with a large, 5 inch long dent on the lip, preventing the lid from sitting right and exposing the bare metal beneath the enamel. The metal is protected only by the enamel, so it would rust in nothing flat.
The roaster was inside a box inside another box, so I suspect the company packaged a defective item, knowingly or not. There was a prominent sticker on the INSIDE box to the effect 'refuse shipping if product damaged'. I think that is the extent of their quality control. Well the UPS man is long gone, and here I have a broken roaster.

Summary: Lighter weight than Grandma's roaster!
Comment: It looks the same as the classic roaster, the size is the same, but this roaster is very thin. I was a bit disappointed, but it was a good deal on Amazon, and still better than buying disposable aluminum.
